Unless
you're a monk or a retired hermit who refuses any contact with the
outside, you know that Paul McCartney presented her show at the Bell
Centre last August 12. Without doubt, moreover, it was his last show in Montreal, he who in June celebrated his 68th birthday.
I am a big fan of McCartney. I attended one of his shows a few years ago in Toronto. I just starting to get over not being able to get tickets for the show last week, is you say. Like him, I am left handed. Like him, I'm bassist, I would say, because of him. He was and remains one of the people who influenced me greatly in my life. It was also, unwittingly, to the origin of one of the most terrorizing the beginning of my adolescence.
I have approximately 12 years. The
Beatles were at their peak, and just released the album Abbey Road, I
think the best if not the most accomplished in their careers. Devouring everything out on the group in any newspaper, I read an article that talks about the death of Paul McCartney. "Paul is dead" is the title of the article. I simply do not believe. "How is it that nobody has spoken on television?" I said. Although
at the time, we were able, in my native St. Jerome, capturing two
French channels, CFTM and Radio-Canada, I do not understand that could
silence the news. I was dumbfounded.
The
article, which is a good two or three pages, the reader learns that
Paul McCartney was dead, several months ago, during a car accident. The
Beatles and their entourage, says the article, trying to avoid that the
group ceases operations because of the death of their bassist, decided
to replace it with a double. I'm speechless. This
was followed in the article the different steps leading to the
replacement, the auditions to find the musician in question, as well as
evidence of what the article claims. According
to the newspaper, many clues have been left deliberately by the Beatles
on the last two or three albums they have released. I'll get hard and I peel the clues that shows me the newspaper. Among them, the cover of the album Magical Mystery Tour that shows the stars. If you look at the artwork into a mirror, the stars form a telephone number. When composing this issue, according to the article, a voice said "Paul is dead". On the album Abbey Road, one can see the four Beatles crossing the street. Harrison is in jeans (the gravedigger), McCartney is dead, barefoot, Ringo is the undertaker and the officiant Lennon. To the right, a police car and left, the white Volkswagen, the plate is 28 IF (it would have turned 28 had he not died). The index multiplent and come to sow doubt in my mind of teenager who listens too Strawberryfield forever.
As many of our readers know these stories, I will confine myself to these few examples. Useless,
by cons, to tell you how the text of the newspaper had moved, how many
discussions he has generated subsequently on the supposed death of my
idol.
While
it is true, as contended by the article that Paul McCartney died, I
must say that the Beatles did a good job Sapra to find his replacement
as the musician who succeeded the first McCartney is extraordinary. After
leaving the Beatles, the most famous group of the century, the guy is
left completely to zero, and founded the Wings managed to stay on track
all these years. Today, he manages to sell tickets in record time and is struggling on stage as a young musician. Not bad for a corpse buried 40 years ago!

By fanclub Bipbop on Saturday, May 22 2010, 08:38
While on a recent quick vacation in New Orleans, Paul McCartney let his guard down and admitted what some Beatles fans have suspected for years. He confirmed that the "Paul is dead" clues found in several Beatles album covers and songs were deliberately planted by the group as part of an elaborate scheme dating back to the summer of 1966.

Paul is dead Hoax
By fanclub Bipbop on Friday, January 11 2008, 07:17
Summary: In 1969 the possibility that Paul McCartney had died years ago in a car crash and been replaced by a double became one of the most hotly debated questions around the world.
The rumor goes like this: On November 9, 1966, Paul McCartney, singer and bassist for the Beatles, died in a fiery car crash on his way home from the EMI recording studios. The surviving band members, fearful of the effect his death might have on their careers, secretly replaced him with a double named William Campbell (an orphan who had won a Paul McCartney lookalike contest in Edinburgh). However, they also planted clues in their later albums to let fans know the truth, that Paul is dead.

Is Paul McCartney dead?
Was he killed in a car crash and then replaced by a look-a-like?
Did the Beatles then plant small, subtle clues within their album covers and lyrics to 'break the news gently' to their fans?
These questions have been asked since the break of the 1969 conspiracy
that is known as 'Paul is Dead'. During the last 30 years people have
tried to answer these questions, but have only been able to do so
through speculation and legend. Many people believe the legend to be
true while others believe that it's nothing more than rubbish.
What will you think though after you've read everything for yourself?
As
you read through this page you'll realize that every clue has been
answered with a question... so that you can draw your own conclusion.
Turn down the lights and pour yourself a glass of wine for you are

What's the scariest "song" of all time?
By fanclub Bipbop on Friday, November 2 2007, 03:42
When I was a kid, my friend and I used to open up my bedroom window and crank The Beatles' "Revolution 9" on Halloween. Didn't need any typical haunted house music to frighten the trick or treaters and certainly the "Monster Mash" was best left for the dance floor.

Paul is Dead-Rotten Apple
By fanclub Bipbop on Friday, July 13 2007, 22:48
Rumors and conspiracies have been an active part of rock ‘n’ roll for ages and continue to mystify and confound those looking for clues. This year a filmmaker, imaphoney, decided to start a series that analyzed the data available with his ‘Rotten Apple’ shorts. While the films are not always convincing, they are always entertaining in one way or another.
